How does the partner program work?Our program complements your own merchant account offering with our payment gateway. We deliver a competitive buy rate and you set the pricing for your customers. We pay residuals on the difference in the buy and sell rate on a monthly basis. There is no cost to become a partner.

Do you have a partner program specifically designed toward technology solution providers?At this time, we don’t offer a referral or affiliate program for technology solutions providers on Authorize.net. We do offer extensive API and web development tools which can be found on our Developer Center.

How do I provide merchant accounts?You will need to work with a merchant service provider. The two primary ways are to sign up as an agent for an independent sales organization (ISO) or directly with a merchant service provider. If you need a merchant service provider, there are many choices available in our reseller directory.

What payment services are available to resell?You can list and link to our products, like eCommerce payments, Virtual Point of Sale (VPOS), and more.

When do I get paid?We pay residuals on a monthly basis following the month when fees are collected from the business.

What is the status of my application?The application is a two-step process. The first step is to complete the initial online application. Once it’s complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete step two in DocuSign. Once step two is completed, it typically takes 24-48 hours to set up your reseller account.

I submitted my application and have not been contacted yet. Why?Please check to make sure you submitted part two of the application through DocuSign. It takes 24-48 hours to set up your account once the DocuSign is submitted. You will receive an activation email to the email address listed on the application. Do you have a reseller program that offers the all-in-one solution (gateway and merchant account) listed on your website?We do not. The reseller program offers the gateway solution and does not offer merchant accounts.

Can I subsidize my customers?New reseller partners are not able to subsidize merchant fees. After you have been a reseller for at least one year, you may receive consideration to subsidize merchants.
